This policy explains how Paul Claessen Consulting collects, uses and looks after personal information. Paul Claessen Consulting is the trading name of Vermouth Pty Ltd (ACN 623 529 377). We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• When you fill in a form on this site: your first and last name, email address, phone number and anything you write in your message.
• When you email, call or meet with us: your contact details and what you tell us about you and your business.
• When you become a client: the business information we need to coach you, such as financial results, plans and goals.
• Business contact details (name, role, company, work email and phone) from public sources such as LinkedIn and company websites, and from business data providers.
• When you visit this site: technical information about your visit, described under "Cookies and tracking" below.

How we use it

We use personal information to reply to enquiries, book calls, deliver our programs, send invoices, and send you updates about our programs and events. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed. We also use it to see how people use this site and to measure our advertising.

This site uses cookies and similar tools from these providers:

• Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the site
• Google Ads, to measure and show our ads
• Meta Pixel, to measure and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram
• LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure and show our ads on LinkedIn
• ZoomInfo WebSights, to identify which companies visit the site from their IP address

These tools collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that sent you here. Each provider handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with the service providers that help us run the business. These include our website host (Vercel), our email providers (Microsoft 365 and Postmark), our client database, and the analytics and advertising providers listed above. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Beyond those providers, we share personal information only when you agree or the law requires it. We never sell it.

How we look after it

We store personal information with providers that use encryption and access controls, and only team members who need it can see it. We keep it while we need it for the purposes above or while the law requires, then delete it.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
